I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for your continued business and support.
Over the past year we’ve successfully merged the clients and staff from the Bibby Financial Services and GE Businesses, which has resulted in approximately 250 new client relationships and over 20 new team members joining the Victorian and Tasmanian Scottish Pacific team.
Additionally, during that period we have relocated into our new premises at Level 9, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne. If you haven’t had a chance to view our new office we’d love for you to drop in and say hello.
After joining us from our WA business some 12 months ago, Christine Waldron-Kelly has now settled into her role as the State Operations Manager supporting our Client Relationship Managers and Operational team to service and meet your ongoing needs. Steven Nassios has recently joined the team as the State Sales Manager. Steve joins us from the NAB where he has held a distinguished career over 2 States for near on 20 years. Steve will be primarily responsible for new business generation.
We recently conducted our bi-annual client satisfaction survey and I would like to thank all of those customers that provided us with your feedback. We take this feedback seriously and we are now working on some new initiatives aimed at improving our customer service.
I would also like to remind you of our customer referral program. You can receive up to $2000 for referring a business that becomes a Scottish Pacific group client.
Finally, at Scottish Pacific we are always striving to provide more ways to assist our clients cash flow needs and subsequently we have now launched a number of new products, including an enhanced Trade offering, Export Debtors, and Bad Debt Product just to name a few. If you are interested in finding out further details then please click on the links in the newsletter, or speak to your Client Relationship Manager.
