The Executive Team has more than 100 years of combined experience in business finance and most have run their own business at some stage during their careers. Our staff have a wealth of international experience, with many of our managers having held senior positions in major banking institutions around the world prior to joining Scottish Pacific.
At Scottish Pacific we believe we have built our success on the strength of the relationships we develop with our clients. To help us achieve this we operate with one of the highest ratios of Account Managers to clients in the business finance industry. This enables us to understand our clients’ requirements better than our competitors, which means that we are well placed to offer solutions tailored specifically to clients' requirements.
Outside of the workplace, our people are encouraged to contribute to their local communities, with a day’s volunteer leave available each year to enable them to support charities and community initiatives.
